Within your FOREVER Box, all slides are scanned at 3,000 DPI and saved as high resolution JPG files, ideal for storing, viewing, and sharing.

For slides suffering from color degradation (such as fading pigment layers due to external factors, like sun or air exposure) we also include a free Batch Color Correct to these images.

Keep Your Slides in Order

The individual photos between your slides are scanned into albums as specified by the grouping you pack them in, and in the order in which we receive them.

📦Packing Recommendations

If your slides are loose in they may shift during transit and become rearranged, if that happens our technicians will do their best to still scan the photos in the way they arrived. To better ensure your memories are scanned in the order you are expecting you can follow any of these suggestions:

• Stack and group slides with a rubber band (avoid overly tight or too loose bands).
• Use small boxes (often included with slides) for safekeeping.
• Keep slides in a carousel (an additional fee applies for removal and replacement).
• Store in protective pages (extra fees may apply for removal and replacement).

☁️After Digitization

After the process of converting memories from physical to digital, the digitized images can be renamed and/or rearranged as you'd like in your Permanent Storage, once downloaded on the computer, or on the flash drive you had ordered! Meaning if they were not able to be scanned exactly as you wanted, you can adjust them afterwards to fit your needs.
