Once your memories have passed Quality Review, your digitized files will immediately become available for you to view through the Digitization Projects area.
However, we take extra care when preparing your physical items for return. It typically takes 3–5 business days for your completed project to be inventoried, packed up, and returned to you safely and securely. Rest assured you’ll see the Project Tracker update as soon as they’ve been shipped and you’ll also receive an update via email.
