Yes! If you are the Project owner and it is still active (not yet expired) you . We recommend storing your precious memories in FOREVER Permanent Storage so you never need to digitize them again!
⚠️Important: If you had Digital Transfers there is a slightly different process, so please follow these steps to view and download those memories.
Steps to Download Your Memories
We suggest using a computer rather than a mobile device to download your Digitization Project as the memories will come as a zipped folder, which some mobile devices may not be able to handle.
Log in to your FOREVER account.
Hover over the person icon in the upper right (or click your profile photo) then select "Digitization Projects".
📌 Note: Once your memories are finished being digitized you should receive an email that has a hyperlink to this area as well!
You will then see a list of all of your Digitization Projects and their current status’. Scroll to find your FOREVER Box Number and click to open the Detail View.
Click the three dots in the upper right and choose "Download".
💡Reminder: Your project must still be active. This means they had been saved FOREVER to your account, otherwise (if the project is within a year old) you can purchase a 90-day extension.

Finally, your files will be downloaded to your web browser’s default download location. Once the download is complete, you'll need to unzip the folder to view and use the files as normal.

📡Troubleshooting Download Issues
If you experience errors while downloading, try downloading only one group of memories at a time to see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, check your internet speed—your download speed should be at least 5 Mbps (although a higher speed is better). You can also ask others using the WiFi to pause their activities to give more bandwidth to your downloads. Otherwise, when possible, try connecting directly to your internet modem using a wired connection for a more stable download.
