How to Save FOREVER
To keep your recently digitized memories safe and accessible for generations,
- Go to your Digitization Projects.
- Open your FOREVER Box Number to see the Detail Page.
- Click “Save FOREVER” in the upper corner.
- If you already have enough Permanent Storage space, the transfer will begin automatically!
- If not, you’ll be prompted to choose a storage option, or you can purchase a 90-day extension.
📌 Note: If you purchase a 24-month installment plan, you will have access to the full amount you're paying towards immediately.
I clicked the button, why do I still see “Saving FOREVER”?
Not to worry, this just means your memories are in the process of being safely transferred to your FOREVER Storage. The time it takes can vary depending on the size of your project.
While the transfer is happening the button will show “Saving FOREVER” and it will be temporarily disabled to prevent duplicate actions Once everything is securely stored, the Saving FOREVER button will disappear. Leaving you with your memories and the Project Tracker to expand for details.
Do I have to do this for every Digitization Project I will have?
You will only need to "Save FOREVER" if either:
- Your account doesn't have enough Permanent Storage available; or
- You have turned your Auto-Transfer OFF.
