Auto-Transfer is a setting that automatically moves your completed Digitization Projects into your Permanent Storage*, so your memories are preserved without any extra steps. If you own FOREVER Permanent Storage, this setting will be enabled automatically.
*Important: Auto-Transfer will only work if you have enough available Permanent Storage in your FOREVER account to fit all of the digitized memories within the project. If you don't have enough, you'll need to purchase more Storage before the Digitization Project can be transferred.
How to turn Auto-Transfer OFF or ON
- Go to your Digitization Projects
- While viewing all your projects click on the three dots in the upper right, then choose Digitization Settings
- From here, toggle your Auto-Transfer option either OFF or ON:
