If you chose to forego saving your memories FOREVER, due to the quantity of memories we digitize each month we cannot guarantee any project is still in our system after 365 days. If your project is...
- Within 90 days of the status "Ready to View" — You can see, download, and share them from the Digitization Projects area.
- Outside 90 days from "Ready to View", but within 1 year — You can purchase an additional 90 days to continue access to your digitized memories to be able to see and download them within your Digitization Projects.
- Over 1 year old from being completed — please contact FOREVER Client Care with your FOREVER Box Number so we can take a closer look to get confirmation of whether your request is still possible.
