Print Tray Issues can include:
- Print tray has stopped working
- Can only complete the first unit of work because "Unable to create Project on Forever®..."
- Error message: 'Value' should be between 'minimum' and 'maximum'
- Missing TMP file error message
- Print tray missing all together

Below are directions to assist in these issues. Please note, this process could take 3 or 4 times before the upload will proceed but it will clear the way for you to print.
- Close the Artisan software program and bring up File (Windows) Explorer. Please browse to the following location = C:\Users\Your Username\AppData**\Local\Temp and inside here delete ALL files that begin with PPS.
** Please note the AppData is a hidden folder that will need to be shown first. To do this, go into the Control Panel of the computer and select Folder Options. In here click on the View tab and select to the option to “Show hidden files, folders, and drives” and then click OK. - Browse to the following location, based on which software you are using, and delete the Uploads.xml file:
Artisan® 6 = C:\Users\Your Username\AppData**\Roaming\Forever\Artisan 6 Print Shop\Print Shop
Artisan® 5 = C:\Users\Your Username\AppData**\Roaming\Forever\Artisan 5 Print Shop\Print Shop
Artisan® 4 = C:\Users\Your Username\AppData**\Roaming\Panstoria\Artisan 4 Print Shop\Print Shop - Once you get this completed, please open the Recycle Bin on the computer and delete the same files from there.
- Please restart your computer.
- Then go ahead and open your Artisan program to try uploading the project again.
- If you get the same error messages, please proceed again with the directions above, as this process could take 3 or 4 times before the upload will proceed.
