Stay effortlessly organized with Auto Upload on your iPhone or iPad. This feature ensures that your photos, and optionally videos, are automatically backed up to your FOREVER® account from your iOS device.
Follow the steps below to enable or disable Auto Upload, customize your settings, and keep your memories safe.
📱 How to Enable or Disable Auto Upload
- Open the FOREVER® Mobile App on your iOS device.
- Tap the your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- Scroll to the Auto Upload section.
- Here, you can:
- Toggle Auto Upload ON or OFF
- Choose whether Videos should be included in the upload
💡Tip: Enabling video auto uploading may use more Storage and battery power, as well as take longer to upload your memories due to larger file sizes. Additionally, videos over 4 GB in size will require manual upload through Valet™ on a Mac or PC.

Using Multiple Devices?
If you have multiple iOS devices connected to the same iCloud Photo Library, be sure to enable Auto Upload on only one device. Apple may deliver slightly different versions of the same photo to each device, which can cause duplicates during upload: Using iCloud with the FOREVER® App
