To ensure successful uploads to FOREVER® from your mobile device, it's crucial to prevent your device from sleeping during the process. If your device enters sleep mode, the upload may pause or fail.
For iOS Devices:
To prevent your iPhone from automatically locking:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Display & Brightness.
- Select Auto-Lock.
- Choose Never.
This setting will keep your screen on indefinitely, ensuring uninterrupted uploads. Remember to revert this setting after your upload to conserve battery life.
Note: If the Never option isn't available, your device may have a management profile restricting this setting. To check for such profiles:
- Open Settings.
- Go to General.
- Tap Profiles & Device Management.
If a profile is present, it might enforce specific auto-lock settings.
For Android Devices:
To prevent your Android device from sleeping:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Display.
- Select Sleep or Screen timeout.
- Choose the longest available duration or Never.
This will keep your screen active during uploads. Remember to reset this after uploading to save battery.
