Downloading PDF documents from FOREVER® is currently only available on desktop.
If you attempt to download a file with metadata included from the mobile or web application, you will receive a notification. However, clicking the notification bell in the mobile app will not download the document—it will only clear the notification.
To download your PDF documents, log into your FOREVER® account on a computer and access them from there.
