This guide will help you with updating your email address on the account, as well as managing your email preferences from FOREVER®.

Updating Your Email Address

Follow these steps to change the email you use to sign in to your FOREVER account with:

1. Sign in to your FOREVER.com account.
   ⚠️If you cannot sign in to your FOREVER® Account because MFA verification is unable to be completed another way, please contact FOREVER Support. You may be asked a few questions to verify your identity before changes can be made to your account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings by either...
       A) Hovering over the person icon in the upper right; or
       B) Click your profile photo (or initials) in the upper right;
   Then from the slide out menu select My Account Settings.
3. Go to the Security Settings tab.
4. Click the "Update Email" button.
   
5. In the pop-up box type your NEW email address, then hit "Update Email Address".
6. You will be sent an email to both your old and new email to verify the change. Please navigate to your new email's inbox and click the button to Confirm this change.

Forgot FOREVER Account Email

We understand some users may have more than one email they consistently use and have access to. If you are unsure which email is associated with your FOREVER Account please contact FOREVER Support. You may be asked a few questions to verify your identity before we can confirm information associated with your account. 

⚠️If you cannot access your FOREVER Account due to forgetting your sign-in information or not having access to your MFA method, please follow these steps instead.

Will resetting my email sign me out of other devices?

After changing the email to your FOREVER® Account, you may need to sign in again on other devices to continue using your account as normal. This includes Artisan 6, Historian 6, web browsers, along with the mobile and TV apps.

📌Note: The older desktop software (Artisan 4, Artisan 5, and Historian 4) has not been supported for some time, meaning they do not receive updates and will not be able to connect to our website. You can learn more about the older software's limitations and workarounds though this article.

Managing Your Email Preferences

🚫 Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe or update your preferences, scroll to the bottom of any FOREVER email and click "Update your email preferences" or "Unsubscribe" then follow the prompts to complete the process.

💡Note: This process may take a few days, so you might receive a few more emails before it's finalized.
