📩 Issue 1: Password Reset Link Isn’t Working
If you received a password reset email but the link isn’t working, it's likely due to multiple reset requests. Here's what to do:
- Always click the most recent password reset email.
- When multiple reset emails are requested (for example, one from your own request and one from FOREVER® Client Care support), only the link in the latest email will be valid.
- Older links are automatically disabled to protect your account.
âś” Solution: Open your inbox and click on the link in the most recent password reset email.
📨 Issue 2: Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email
If you clicked "Reset Password" but didn’t receive an email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder. These emails can sometimes be filtered there.
- If you find the email in your spam folder:
- Move it to your inbox.
- This action helps train your email provider to recognize emails from FOREVER® as safe in the future.
