There are two main types of FOREVER® emails you may receive:
- Store Emails – Sent when you sign up, place an order, or receive account-related notifications.
- Marketing Emails – Includes promotions, updates, and special deals on FOREVER products and services.
If you’re not receiving emails from FOREVER® as expected, follow these steps below to try and resolve the issue.
✔ 1. Verify the Email
First, double-check your FOREVER account has the current email you are trying to use, or update it if necessary.
✔ 2. Check Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes legitimate emails get filtered. If you find a FOREVER email in your spam folder you can either:
- Move it to your inbox; or
- Mark it as "Not Spam" to train your email provider.
✔ 3. Whitelist Our Email Addresses
Add the following FOREVER email addresses in your email provider’s safe senders list:

📧 support@forever.com
✔ 4. Re-subscribe to Out Emails
If you think you may have previously unsubscribed, you can try re-subscribing by using these steps: Re-subscribe to FOREVER Emails
📌 Remember: FOREVER cannot change your spam settings for you. If you're still not receiving emails after re-subscribing, please check your email filters or contact your provider for assistance.
