You can view your box order’s status by going to the Digitization Projects area in your FOREVER® Account. Each order has a visual Project Tracker that shows where your box is in the process!
To keep you informed through the entire process, we will also send you an email notification as your box moves to the next step. This way you will always be in the loop regarding the whereabouts of your memories, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
Project Tracker Statuses
- FOREVER Box Ordered — You’ve purchased your FOREVER Digitization Box.
- Shipped to You — Your FOREVER Digitization Box is on its way
- Box Received at FOREVER — We’ve received your box at our Digitization Facility
- Memories Inventoried — We’ve inventoried all the memories in your box and entered them into our production system. 📌 Note: An invoice may be pending for any extra items before we can further process your box
- In queue — Your memories are awaiting Digitization and an Estimated Completion Date is assigned.
- Being Digitized — We’re carefully processing your memories into high-quality digital files.
- Quality Review — We are reviewing your digital files to ensure they meet your high standards.
- Ready to View — Your memories are complete and ready to view for 90 days
- Shipped Back to You — Your memories have been packaged with care and sent back to you.
Why has my Project Tracker collapsed? How do I expand it?
Once your order is complete, the tracker is collapsed by default to make more room for viewing memories! To expand it, just click the arrow next to the status badge at the top of your order.
Why does my Project Tracker say “Save FOREVER”?
That’s a helpful reminder that your memories are Digitized, but haven’t been made permanent with FOREVER Storage yet. Click the “Save FOREVER” button to start the process!
If you do not yet have enough Permanent Storage you will be prompted to buy more.
If you already have enough Storage space your memories will transfer over to be preserved for your lifetime and future generations to come.
My Project Tracker status hasn’t updated in a while. Should I be concerned?
Rest assured, your memories are in good hands! Some stages, like in queue, digitization or quality review, can take several days depending on order volume and the contents of your box.
If your tracker hasn't updated in 4 or more business days, feel free to contact Client Care with any questions regarding the current status of your order.
