If you use the Text Messaging MFA method and need to update your phone number please follow these steps:

Sign in to your FOREVER.com account.
⚠️If you cannot sign in to your FOREVER® Account because MFA verification is unable to be completed another way, please contact FOREVER Support. You may be asked a few questions to verify your identity before changes can be made to your account. - Navigate to your Account Settings by either...
A) Hovering over the person icon in the upper right; or
B) Click your profile photo (or initials) in the upper right;
Then from the slide out menu select My Account Settings. - Go to the Security Settings tab.
- Scroll down two the Two-Factor Authentication section and find the Text Message (SMS) method.
- Toggle it OFF — click the "Disable" button in the pop-up window to confirm your action.
- Now you can re-toggle it back ON and enter your new phone number.
- Click "Enable SMS 2FA" and follow the prompt to enter a texted verification code to finish turning it on.
