You can quickly and easily turn on or off multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your FOREVER® Account through a web browser or our mobile app!

Sign in to your FOREVER.com account.
⚠️If you cannot sign in to your FOREVER® Account because MFA verification is unable to be completed another way, please contact FOREVER Support. You may be asked a few questions to verify your identity before changes can be made to your account. - Navigate to your Account Settings by either...
A) Hovering over the person icon in the upper right; or
B) Click your profile photo (or initials) in the upper right;
Then from the slide out menu select My Account Settings. - Go to the Security Settings tab.

Scroll down two the Two-Factor Authentication section and find the method you want to use.
- From here you can either follow the prompts to turn the method ON or click the button to toggle that specific method OFF.
📌Note: changing a Two-Factor Authentication method does NOT affect any other methods you have turned on/off. If you want to change the status of more than one method please follow steps 4-5 again.

- From the menu click on "Manage Account" then "Account & Security Settings".

Open the authentication method(s) you want to change the status of
- From here you can either follow the prompts to turn the method ON or click the button to toggle that specific method OFF.
📌Note: changing a Two-Factor Authentication method does NOT affect any other methods you have turned on/off. If you want to change the status of more than one method please follow steps 4-5 again.
