Step 1: Log into your FOREVER® Account at www.forever.com.
Step 2: Click the menu in the top right-hand corner of the page and then click >My Back Office.
Step 3: On the left-hand side of the page click >Email Preferences.
You will see four check boxes that will allow you to control the Ambassador emails that you are receiving: Personal Sales Commissions, Team Sales Commissions, New Customers, and Conversion are your options.
