Any order without an Ambassador, however, there are some caveats. Unfortunately, we will not be able to apply manual adjustments in the following situations:
- If another Ambassador is already on the order
- If the order was placed before April 1, 2018
- If it is not the month of or the month after the transaction occurred
- If the customer does not confirm this change
