When ordering a new FOREVER Box (whether for yourself or as a gift) there are a few items that automatically come with your purchase, but you also have the option to add additional digital copies (thumb drive and/or DVD set) or even upgrade your processing time! You can follow these steps to check what was already purchased with your box:
- Log in to your account and go to your Digitization Projects.
- From the list click on your FOREVER Box Number.
- Near the top press the three dots then choose to "View Box Order" — this is a hyperlink to see your original order.
📌 Note: If this box was gifted to you this option will not be available, please contact Client Care for more information on your gifted box. - Here you can see how many Thumb Drives and DVD Sets were ordered with the box, as well as which Processing Time was chosen.
💡 Example: This box order has 1 USB, no DVD sets, and it was upgraded to Priority scanning.
