Yes, you can! You have multiple opportunities to order a thumb drive or DVDs during your FOREVER Box experience. You can add them when you first place your order, while completing the Project Estimator sheet, or even after your digitization is complete.
📌Note: DVDs are only available for video digitizations and transfers. Audio, photos, and scrapbook pages must be placed on a thumb drive.
We recommend requesting a thumb drive or DVD as early as possible to avoid additional shipping costs and ensure your memories are still available for copying.
When Can I Add a Thumb Drive or DVD?
🛒Option 1: When You First Buy Your FOREVER Box
At checkout, you can choose to include a thumb drive and/or DVD set. Just increase the quantity before clicking “Add to Cart.”

✏️Option 2: When Filling Out the Project Estimator Sheet
If you’ve already ordered your FOREVER Box but haven’t mailed it in yet, you can still request a thumb drive or DVD. Simply check the box near the bottom of the Project Estimator sheet to indicate your choice.

Want more than one?
If you didn't order the right amount initially, or want more than one thumb drive and/or DVD set, you can write the quantity in the space provided on the Project Estimator sheet. Alternatively, use the back of the form for additional instructions.
Already sent in your box but forgot to mark it?
No problem — email support@forever.com with your FOREVER Box Number and how many thumb drives and/or DVD sets you'd like. We'll add them to your box's order at intake!
💾Option 3: After Digitization
There's a brief window of time after your items have been digitized when you can still request a thumb drive. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we still have your files ready.
To request a drive or DVD please email support@forever.com and include:
- Your name as on your FOREVER account
- FOREVER Box Number or order number associated with your box
- Specify how many thumb drives and/or DVDs you'd like to order
We’ll add the cost to your cart and request that you complete checkout before we begin processing your request.
⚠️Important Note: If your FOREVER Box has already been returned to you, a one-way shipping fee will apply to send the created thumb drive(s) and/or DVD(s). This is why we highly recommend making your request early in the process.
