We completely understand that life happens, and you may have missed your promo pricing date. But don't worry, you can still use it!
If your box is LESS THAN 12 months old, you can pack and send it using the same shipping label we included. You can either fill it to your box's credit limit or choose to add more items and pay full price for their digitization.
If your box is MORE THAN 12 months old, unfortunately, the shipping label is no longer valid. However, there's still a way to redeem your FOREVER® Digitization Box!
- If you're in the US, you can generate a label HERE with FedEx then pack your box as normal and ship with the newly generated label.
- If you're in Canada, please contact Client Care with your FOREVER Box Number or original Order Number so we can provide a new shipping label and customs paperwork.
