No worries — you can absolutely include extra items for digitization! Whether adding extra items in your box, or sending the memories another way to include in your order.
📦 Adding Extras to Your Original Box
Your FOREVER® Box comes with barcode stickers for all the items included in your purchase — plus plenty of extras just in case.
To add more items:
- Place a barcode sticker on each additional item (see below if you run out).
- Pack the extra items securely in your FOREVER Box.
- Send it in — we’ll invoice you for any items beyond what your box includes.
🔖 Out of Barcodes?
If you run out of barcode stickers, that’s okay! Pack your extra items into your box, and once your memories arrive at the Digitization Center our team will apply barcodes for you.
📬 Sending Items Afterwards
Already mailed your FOREVER Box and realized you left something out? Or do you have a delicate item that requires more secure packaging? You can still send them in!
To send additional items separately please reach out to FOREVER Client Care with your original FOREVER Box Number and a list of the additional memories you're looking to send so we can send another branded box or tube for you to pack the additional item(s) into. We’ll match the new box to your original order and add the shipping charge at intake. We will then return everything together once digitization is complete!
