Yes! We upload all videos that we digitize for you as part of the FOREVER® Digital Conversion Service to your Digitization Projects area for a temporary time. During that time you have the option to save these files in your FOREVER® Account permanent storage where they are then protected by the FOREVER Guarantee.
However, if you choose NOT to store these videos in your permanent storage, then we strongly suggest downloading them otherwise purchasing a flash drive with your box order to retain a digital copy.
Were your videos on a DVD, external hard drive, floppy disc, or memory card?
Since they were already an electronic file they would be treated as a Digital Transfer instead, meaning you will likely NOT see them in your Digitization Projects with the rest of your FOREVER Box order.
