Steps for updating your FOREVER® account Password and Email

This guide will help you with resetting your password, updating your email address on the account, and managing your email preferences from FOREVER®.

Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? No worries! You can reset it in one of two ways: from the Login Page or from your Account Settings.

Option 1 - From the Login Page

If you are not able to log in to your FOREVER account for any reason, please follow these steps:

1. Go to FOREVER.com and click the Login button in the upper right corner.
2. Click "Forgot Password" under where it asks for email and password.
3. Enter your email where prompted, then click "Email Me".
4. Within 5 minutes you should receive an email with steps to reset your password!

Option 2 - From Account Settings

If you are able to log in to your account, or have found you are already logged in through a web browser, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your FOREVER account with your current email and password.
2. Hover over the person icon in the upper right (or click your profile photo), then from the menu list go to My Account Settings.
3. Click the "Change Your Password" button.
4. In the pop-up box either enter your Current and New passwords where prompted (or choose the "Forgot Password?" and follow steps 3-4 from above).

Updating Your Email Address

Follow these steps to change the email you use to log in to your FOREVER account with:

1. Log in to your FOREVER account with your current email and password.
2. Hover over the person icon in the upper right (or click your profile photo), then from the menu list go to My Account Settings.
3. Click the "Manage Email Address" button.
4. In the pop-up box type Your Email Address, then enter your current password and click Update Email Address.

If you need to change the email address where you receive marketing emails, contact FOREVER Client Care support so we can update it in our system.

Managing Your Email Preferences

✅ Re-subscribing
If you've previously unsubscribed and would like to re-subscribe, you can follow these steps: Re-subscribe to FOREVER Emails

🚫 Unsubscribing
To unsubscribe or update your preferences, scroll to the bottom of any FOREVER email and click "Update your email preferences" or "Unsubscribe" then follow the prompts to complete the process.

💡 Note: This process may take a few days, so you might receive a few more emails before it's finalized.
