When creating a new Album on your FOREVER® Storage account, you have four different options for who can view your album. To change these settings, open the parent (top level) Album then click the edit pencil in the upper right.
- Private – Only you can see these albums, best for financial and personal documents you want to preserve.
- Public – Anyone can see these albums. This option is great for when you want to share large groups of photos with friends and family. For example, albums that include team photos or group photos that you want to share with many people who may or may not be a member with FOREVER.
- Connections – People you have invited to be a part of your Connections can view these albums on your FOREVER account without needing a Share Link.
- Groups – Set up your own specific groups to select certain albums to share. Please note that users in a Group can still see Albums set to Connections privacy.
IMPORTANT: Any direct Share Links leading to an Album will override the Privacy Settings you have chosen. Meaning even if the Album is set to "Private", if you send a Share Link to someone they can still view the Album and memories kept within.
