Also customers often do not remember to check the filter settings, and they think their account is all messed up because they are looking at the wrong filtering.

This would be a welcome improvement to dating photos. We have to make it as easy as possible.

I've submitted a support request asking the same thing since I get the error message as well. I hope we get this resolved soon as many people want to get their photos off Facebook.
