Also the option for just the birthday year and not the actual dates, which is useful for geneology

Allow the Option for just a year for Birthday in the Person Details
Currently, it only allows us to add a birth date with month, date and year, not just year. The year (and maybe even the month) may be all the information we have and that is still useful.
