Allow the Option for just a year for Birthday in the Person Details

Currently, it only allows us to add a birth date with month, date and year, not just year.  The year (and maybe even the month) may be all the information we have and that is still useful.

  It seems that what you are asking for is Fuzzy Dates within the People Details.  We have this on our list to address, so thank you for coming to community and adding this request!  The more that this is voted on, the more likely we will pick it up in a round of updates.  Keep voting, everyone!

  This is a great option! Sometimes we don't know the exact birthday but we do know how old a friend/relative is...
