As you gather your memories to pack in your FOREVER® Box, you might realize that the standard box sizes available for purchase aren't quite right to fit everything. You may have to send in more than what a small box size can hold, but are worried that a larger box will have too much digitization credit for what you need. Don't worry — we're here to help!
📦How to Request a Different-Sized Box
Please email Client Care at support@forever.com and CC abrown@forever.com as soon as possible so we can assist with getting you an alternative box size that fits your memories. When reaching out please be sure to include:
- Name and email address associated with the account the box will be purchased under, or (if the box has already been purchased) the FOREVER Box Number associated with it.
- Take a look below to find which size you would like to be sent. Let us know if this will be either in place of or in addition to your ordered box.
📌Note: If the box has already been purchased, or you are looking to have another box in addition to your original order, your account will be charged for additional shipping. This cost will vary depending on size requested, return delivery location, and if this box needs to be sent back separately from the original box order. Please contact support for more details.
📏Available Alternative Box Sizes
We currently offer these other box sizes:
Small = 13" x 13" x 3"
Medium = 14" x 14" x 6"
Large = 19" x 14" x 8"
Large Document = 18" x 24" x 4"
Cube = 13" x 13" x 13"
Tube = 21" length x 3" diameter (this will come in addition to your purchased box size)
Not sure which size will work best?
Just let us know! We'll help you find the best and safest way to send your memories in for digitization. In your message please include the media type (e.g., photos, VHS tapes, slides), estimated quantity of that media type, and approximate dimensions of anything outside the standard size.
📬What If You Forgot Something?
If you’ve already sent in your FOREVER Box and realized you have more items to include, or if you have a delicate item that requires special packaging, we can still help! Simply reach out to request an additional box to send your memories in.
