The FOREVER® Address Book is an easy way to keep track of people's addresses so you can have them printed on card envelopes for you! There is an easy way for you to add new addresses, edit existing information, and remove contacts to ensure accurate information is always available for you to have printed.
Adding New Addresses
You can add contacts one-by-one manually or import many at once using our spreadsheet template.
Manual Entry
- Log into your FOREVER account and go to your Address Book.
- In All Contacts (or a specific group), click New Contact.

Fill in the contact’s details (name, address, etc.)
- Click Save in the bottom right.
Bulk Import
Download the CSV template, fill it out using these steps for instructions, and upload it in your Address Book: 🔗Guide to filling out your Address Book template
💡 Tip: Follow the template guidance to ensure all your contact's addresses upload—don’t edit the header row; keep each cell under 50 characters; include at least a first or last name.
Editing Existing Addresses
- Go to your Address Book → either All Contacts or select a specific Group.

Click Edit next to the contact.
- Make your updates and hit Save (or Cancel to undo).
💡 Tip: You can use these steps to organize your contacts into Groups.
Removing an Address
If you decide you no longer want a contact in your Address Book, you can easily remove it!

Go to the All Contacts tab.
- Check the box next to each contact you want to delete.
- Click Delete Contacts at the top.

Confirm the deletion in the pop-up (this can’t be undone).
