You can update the available Payment Methods on your account at any time:
- Log-in to your FOREVER® account.
- In the upper right hand corner hover over the person icon, or click your profile photo.
- Then click on "My Account".
- Go to the "Payment Methods" underneath the Orders & Downloads section.
- You will then want to "Add New Payment Method."
- Once finished with adding the new payment method, make sure to remove any old cards no longer in use by clicking on the "Remove" option next to the old payment information.
REMINDER: If you have any current subscriptions, memberships, or plans you will need to update the chosen card associated with these separately. Click on "Recurring Payments", which can also be found under the Order & Downloads section. For your subscription/membership (recurring payments), click on "Switch Payment Method" and then select the newly entered payment information. Your payments moving forward with this Recurring Payment will now be associated to the new information.
Important: If your subscription account was purchased before Oct. 1st, 2016 that means you have a legacy subscription and you will need to call FOREVER® Client Care at 1-888-FOREVER (367-3837) or email us at support@forever.com and we can make the payment information change for you.
