You can update the payment methods linked to your FOREVER® account at any time. Follow the steps below to add a new payment method as well as manage existing ones.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to your FOREVER account
Visit www.forever.com and sign in using your credentials.
2. Access Your Account Settings
- In the upper-right corner of the page, hover over the person icon or click your profile photo.
- From the dropdown menu, click My Account.
3. Manage Payment Methods
Under the Orders & Downloads section, click on Payment Methods. From here you can...
- Add New Payment Method to enter your new card details.
- Click Remove next to any old cards you no longer wish to use.
⚠️ Important: Updating your payment method does not automatically update your recurring payments.
4. Update Recurring Payments (if applicable)

Legacy Subscriptions
If your subscription was purchased before October 1, 2016, it is classified as a legacy subscription. To update your payment information for a legacy subscription, please contact Client Care support.
