We understand that subscription payments don’t always go through on the exact due date due to various reasons. That’s why we offer a grace period so there's time to check your card information and even update it so the subscription can continue!
Payment Retry Schedule
If your payment fails, we’ll try to process it again on the following schedule:
- Original payment due date
- 7 days after the due date
- 14 days after the due date
- Finally, 21 days after the due date
We'll send you email reminders for the first three attempts, asking you to check your payment info and update your card if needed.
If the payment still can’t be processed after 21 days (fourth attempt), your subscription will be automatically cancelled. We’ll also send an email to let you know.
How to Update Your Payment Method
To update your card information, follow the steps in this article: How do I access my FOREVER subscriptions or memberships?
⚠️Important: If you update your card, we’ll attempt to charge it immediately—even if it’s before the next scheduled retry date mentioned above.
What Happens If My Subscription Is Cancelled?
Once cancelled, all benefits tied to your subscription will end immediately.
Unfortunately, we can't restart a cancelled subscription from where it left off. If you'd like to continue receiving the same benefits, you’ll need to start a new subscription.
