I've submitted a support request asking the same thing since I get the error message as well. I hope we get this resolved soon as many people want to get their photos off Facebook.

I'm wondering about this as well. The only way I've come up with to get Forever to reprocess is to crop the photo, which makes a new copy. Then it will reprocess the copy for faces. I've also do...
