Leave Filters in Place until changed by User

When you are working in the Gallery and set filters (for example, Not in Album) and then you want to go out and check an Album, or create a nested Album, and you come back into the Gallery, your filters are reset.  Why?  Leave them the way the user set them, and let the user decide when to change them.  Filters are pointless if the system decides how to filter, rather than the user.

  Filtering is one of the most useful tools in F3 and making the change so that filters stick would be really helpful.
