Open files: Make L & R arrows visible

When any file is open I would like to have the left and right arrows VISIBLE. It can be very frustrating searching for the invisible arrows with my cursor. Thank you!

  We have deployed a change on 10/29 with updates around the Left and Right Arrows showing.  They will now appear when you hover over the content and will also become brighter when hovering over them directly.  Thank you for your feedback ad helping make FOREVER the best yet!

  I would like to add that I don't find it difficult to find the left & right chevrons now that I know that they are there.  But the feedback I am getting from my clients is that so many things are hidden that weren't before. They are concerned that those who will inherit their file when they are gone won't even know what to look for because things that used to be visible and obvious are now hidden.

  Yes!! It is not intuitive to a new user. They essentially discover the arrows by accident!
