Calendar/Time Stamp in LightBox Issues
CompletedI have been working on a client account trying to curate photo information in the Lightbox. The calendar seems to jump around and not always hold the selected month or year if I make a change to another category. The time stamp is consistently changing the time that I choose to one hour later. I'm still hoping for the option to not have to enter a day/month - just the year. And, it would be great to have "unknown" as an option.
If possible, I'd also like to request that the time stamp on date taken to NOT automatically match the upload date - it would be better to just have 12 am. It's frustrating to have to change "5:08" or "9:48" every time to a neutral time, like 12:00 am. I would like the option to NOT have a time stamp on photos at all - just to select "NA" and have it disappear. It's confusing and seems like a waste of time with photos from earlier decades. Thanks.

Hi Wendy! Thank you for your feedback. I have passed your request to the team as well as the issue that you have encountered.

Hi Wendy! We have fixed the timestamp issue in a release on 10/16. I am going to complete this post, so please open another with your second request so we can better keep track of requests separately. Thanks for your feedback!

Thanks, Erica! I was able to enter the correct time on my last attempt. And, thank you for all of the work your team is putting in on these requests!! I realize that it is "much easier said/requested than done."
