Track Birthdays Without Requiring Birth Year

Is there a possibility of tracking a person's birthday when you don't know the year? For genealogy, it would be useless. But for sending cards, I know lots of birthdays, but not the year they were born.

  Also the option for just the birthday year and not the actual dates, which is useful for geneology
