Add RAW and Apple-based file format support
I don't like the idea of manually converting all of my RAW images and Apple-based formats, including HEIC, HEIF and ProRes, before uploading them to FOREVER. I shouldn't have to compromise the quality of my files if I'm paying for my own storage, and this company should adopt more file formats to its platform.

Hi Daniel Keiper!
Thank you for coming to Community to make a request!
I am excited to let you know that, as of May 6, 2025, you can now upload HEIC and HEIF files through the web, mobile apps and Valet.
We do have RAW files on our list, so stay tuned for an update on that in the future.
Have a great day!

HEIC are Apple-proprietary formats and I think defeats the purpose of FOREVER as 'permanent'. HEIF files - maybe they will become the 'standard' format since we can't seem to get out digital collections under control :) RAW files I've been on the fence about - they aren't a standard format so not universally compatible either. BUT - given the purpose of RAW files in general - if a client wants to fork out the $ for the cost of the space for storing RAW files... then maybe.
