Adding "HEIC conversion to JPG" to VALET

If we can't change storage to support HEIC, can we update VALET to convert HEIC images to JPG during the upload process?  This capability is available in the FOREVER app and this change would allow VALET to be consistent with the app.

  Thanks so much for coming to Community and posting your request!

  I am excited to let you know that, as of May 6, 2025, we support HEIC and HEIF files within FOREVER.  That means that you can uploads HEIC and HEIF files from the web, mobile apps and Valet!
