Unfortunately no, the Address Book is specific to the account it was added or imported into. While you can make changes to your contacts, a list of them cannot be taken from your FOREVER account to save offline or be shared with others.
Account Managers do have the ability to add, edit, or delete from your Address Book only while actively working in a card project and they choose an envelope option for printing the Recipient.
The only other viewing exception is if you share cards you ordered online (or uploaded from Artisan) as the addresses you attached will be embedded into the card project's envelopes. Anyone else who wants to order the same card would need to choose Blank envelopes or recreate the project on their end in order to choose their own envelope printing.

Simply export the Artisan card design as JPG images, then the other person can upload them into the applicable Flat or Folded card. They will then have full access to their personal Address Book!
