1. Go down by your system clock and select to open BitDefender.
2. On the left side you will need to click on Protection.
3. Then look for the option that says Safe Files and select Application Access.
4. Browse to the locations (That apply to you):
Artisan 5:
Browse to C:\Program Files\FOREVER\Artisan 5 and select the Artisan5.exe
Artisan 6:
Browse to C:\Program Files\FOREVER\Artisan 6 and select the Artisan6.exe
Browse to C:\Program Files\FOREVER\Artisan 6 and select the Localstorage.exe
Browse to C:\Program Files\FOREVER\Artisan 6\OrderProviders\ForeverPrint and select ForeverPrintTray.exe
Historian 4:
Browse to C:\Program Files(x86)\Panstoria\Historian and select Historian4.exe
Historian 6:
Browse to C:\Program Files\FOREVER\Historian and select Historian6.exe
