1. FOREVER Referrals
The purpose of our referral program is to encourage you to share your love of saving and printing your memories with your friends. For each bff, cousin, colleague, dog walker, or other dear old pal that opens a new account, both of you can receive a coupon good for lots of great stuff at FOREVER.com.
For your friends: Each individual that opens a new account using your invitation link will receive a welcome coupon that is good for $20 USD off their next order. The coupon can be used for printed products, software, FOREVER Storage®, FOREVER Boxes, FOREVER Family Research, Streaming Video, and FOREVER Digital Art™-branded digital art. This coupon will be sent to the email address they used for sign up once they have confirmed their email address.
For you: For each person who creates a FOREVER account using your referral link and completes their first purchase of more than $0, you will receive a referral coupon that is good for $20 USD off products including printed products, software, FOREVER Storage®, FOREVER Boxes, FOREVER Family Research, Streaming Video, and FOREVER Digital Art™-branded digital art. The referral coupon will be emailed to you after your friend completes their first purchase.
Examples:
1. Referred client adds a $19.99 Digital Art Kit to their cart and applies their $20 welcome coupon. There is no tax or shipping fee for the order. A referral coupon will not be generated as the order total was $0.

Take note: The welcome and referral coupon are each valid for 60 days from the date of issue and may only be combined with select offers. Each coupon must be used in a single transaction and is non-transferable to other users. No more than three referral coupons can be used on a single order. These coupons have no cash value and must be used at the time of purchase to redeem.
FOREVER, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reclaim, rescind, or cancel any coupon, at any time, if we determine that you have abused the referral program. For instance, creating multiple accounts to collect coupons for yourself is an abuse of the referral program. Forever reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time and for any reason.
2. Once I create an account using the Referral Link, how do I confirm my FOREVER Account?
After you successfully create a new FOREVER Account, you will receive an email confirmation asking you to confirm your email. Once you click the confirmation button, it will notify you that your account has been confirmed and your $20 welcome coupon will be sent. Once you make your first purchase of more than $0, this will also ensure that your referrer will receive their $20 coupon.
3. Can I resend myself the account confirmation email?
Yes, there are two ways to do this. When you first create your FOREVER Account, you can click on the re-send email button on the bottom of your FOREVER account screen.
You can also resend the email by hovering over the profile icon in the top right corner, selecting My Account Settings, then Email Address. You should see a confirmation prompt at the top, asking you to resend if needed.
4. Why haven’t I received my emails?
If you have not received your $20 welcome coupon email or your $20 referral coupon email, this may mean that your email provider is hard bouncing the emails from FOREVER. Please try the following suggestions to stop the emails from being blocked:
• Check your spam folder and your spam setting within your Settings in your email account. If you see an email from FOREVER in there, please mark it as not spam and move it to your inbox.
• Go to your safe sender/contact list and make sure to add forever@forever.com, hello@forever.com, and support@forever.com
• Ensure that your email inbox is not too full. When it is too full, emails will begin to bounce.
If you still are not receiving emails after you make those updates, please contact FOREVER Client Care by emailing support@forever.com or by calling 1-888-FOREVER (367-3837).
5. Are my Ambassador link and my Referral link the same?

6. As an Ambassador, what happens when I send new users my Ambassador link or a Friend Invite?
Ambassador Link
When sending your Ambassador link to a non-user, this customer will be assigned to you as their Ambassador when they successfully complete the sign-up process.
Friend Invite
When sending a Friend Invite to a new user, this customer will be assigned to you when they accept the friend invite as part of the sign-up process. If the user is not new, then no Ambassador assignment is made when sharing friend invites.

7. As an Ambassador, what happens when my customers send a Referral link or a Friend Invite?

If a referrer has you as their assigned Ambassador and they send a referral link to a new customer, the referrer will receive the $20 coupon once the customer makes their first purchase. That new customer will be assigned to you as their Ambassador.

If the inviter has you as their assigned Ambassador, the new user will be assigned to you as their Ambassador.

Please note: if your customer sends a Referral link or Friend Invite to a new user and the new user does not sign-up properly with you as their Ambassador, the new user will have no assigned Ambassador when they sign-up even if they previously clicked on the link with an Ambassador assigned.
8. If I am a current Ambassador but am not my own Ambassador, what happens when I send my Ambassador link or a Friend Invite?
Even though you are not your own Ambassador, the customers you invite to join FOREVER, either via Ambassador Link or Friend Invite, will be assigned to you and not your current Ambassador.

The number of levels are infinite! As long as new users are completing the sign-up process when being referred, the link can continue onto an endless amount of people.
