ANSWER The FOREVER® Digitization Kit is a special product designed to help Ambassadors reach new clients with FOREVER Digitization. This Box enables Ambassadors to help up to three clients collect their valuable memories, organize them for digitization, and pack them for safe and secure transport to the FOREVER Digitization Facility. This process helps you provide peace of mind for your clients by elevating our premium service for the digitization of their precious memories.
Each client’s order is still charged individually, but this group method offers clients an easier and less expensive option than shipping separate Small FOREVER Digitization Boxes. By bundling three orders into a single shipment, we significantly lower shipping costs. The Digitization Kit is incredibly useful for building trust and loyalty in FOREVER Digitization services, especially for new clients! This item is also commissionable.

3. QUESTION What is included with the FOREVER Digitization Kit?
ANSWER The Digitization Kit includes:
· Three 13" x 13" x 3" Small Boxes (one for each client to fill with their items for digitization)
· Three FOREVER Digitization Kit Brochures that include an Order Form (one for each client to fill out)
· Three large FOREVER-branded zip-top bags (one per client)
· Three album bags (one per client)
· Nine zip-top bags of various sizes (three per client)
· One Ambassador checklist (for you to use with your clients)
· One prepaid FedEx shipping label
· One large 14" x 14" x 10" Outer Box used to ship the three Small Boxes
4. QUESTION How much does the FOREVER Digitization Kit cost for me to purchase?
ANSWER The FOREVER Digitization Kit costs $35 + shipping (for one-way shipping of the empty Digitization Kit to your delivery address). The $35 cost covers all the contents of the Kit (see FAQ #3) plus one-way shipping from your FedEx drop-off site to the FOREVER Digitization Facility. The price of the Kit is commissionable, but it is not eligible for free shipping with the FREESHIP coupon.
5. QUESTION How much does the client pay to digitize their items through the FOREVER Digitization Kit?
ANSWER Digitization prices are based on a la carte pricing. A 40% discount will be applied to the cost of digitized items only and does not include Restoration, Colorization, Thumb Drives, or DVD Sets. Each client pays to have their own items digitized and for the return shipping of their items to their homes. (Completed digitized orders are shipped directly to clients, rather than returned to the Ambassador, to reduce delays for an improved experience.)
6. QUESTION How many people can participate in a FOREVER Digitization Kit order?
ANSWER Ambassadors must have three separate orders per Kit. Ambassadors can fulfill one of those orders.
7. QUESTION How should I assist my clients before sending in their order with the FOREVER Digitization Kit?
ANSWER Before sending in the full Box, you should ensure that each client has...
· signed up for a FOREVER Account with you as their Ambassador (you can sign them up with your business link)
· added valid payment information to their FOREVER Account
· filled out their Order Form, front and back (see FAQ #3) and filled in any necessary notes regarding the digitization of their items. (You can help them estimate their order total by using the Order Form.)
· placed and secured their items and forms into the individual Client Boxes
8. QUESTION Do Welcome and Referral Coupons work on digitization orders?
ANSWER Yes! Have each client add any promo codes (including Welcome and Referral Coupons) at checkout with their digitization order.
9. QUESTION How do I pack and send in the FOREVER Digitization Kit to the FOREVER Digitization Facility?
ANSWER Close and seal all three Client Boxes with tape, pack them back into your FOREVER Digitization Kit Outer Box, and seal the Outer Box shut. Attach the included prepaid FedEx shipping label to the top of the Outer Box, where it is clearly visible, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx shipping location.
10. QUESTION Can I use a service other than FedEx to ship my Box to the FOREVER Digitization Facility?
ANSWER No. We have partnered with FedEx to give you the best shipping deals and highest-quality service possible.
11. QUESTION What happens when the FOREVER Digitization Kit arrives at the FOREVER Digitization Facility?
ANSWER When the FOREVER Digitization Kit arrives at the FOREVER Digitization Facility, each individual Client Box will be assigned its own FDC#, treated as a separate order, and processed accordingly.
An updated estimate of each order will be sent directly to the client, as well as to their Ambassador, via email. Then, the client orders are loaded into their FOREVER shopping carts. Once the client pays for their order, their items are put into production, processed, and shipped directly back to each individual client. The return shipping fee will be billed directly to the individual client and included as part of the client’s original estimate.
12. QUESTION How will my clients get their digitized items back?
ANSWER Your clients’ digitized memories will automatically be added to their FOREVER Box Center in their FOREVER Account at no additional charge. From there, your clients can view, download, and enjoy their memories, for 60 days, or transfer them to FOREVER permanent cloud storage if they choose. Your clients will be able to see exactly how much FOREVER permanent cloud storage they need to purchase to preserve their memories for generations. If your client has a sufficient amount of permanent storage already, their memories will be automatically transferred into their FOREVER Account.
Your clients can also choose to get their digitized memories back on one or more thumb drives at an additional cost. They can indicate whether they would like to add thumb drives or DVDs to their order on their Order Form.
13. QUESTION Does the FOREVER Digitization Kit ever expire?
ANSWER Yes. The FOREVER Digitization Kit and shipping labels will expire one year after the purchase date.
14. QUESTION How will the FOREVER Digitization Kit help me grow my business?
ANSWER You will make personal sales commission for your purchase of the original FOREVER Digitization Kit as well as on each order that is sent into the FOREVER Digitization Facility as part of the Kit. Plus, you will receive a Referral Coupon for each new client once they have completed payment for their digitization order.
