Items purchased as gifts are covered under the same Return Policy as regular purchases at FOREVER®. However, once a gift has been delivered and accepted by the recipient, it is not eligible for a return.
We encourage gift purchasers to review our return policy before placing an order, as returns will only be accepted under the guidelines specified. Additionally, please ensure gift recipients are aware of the item and have an active FOREVER account to accept the gift correctly.
What if the Gift was Accepted to the Wrong Account?
We understand that mistakes can happen and a gift may be accepted by the wrong account. Unfortunately, many of our products and services cannot be transferred once accepted.
However, there are a few exceptions. We may be able to assist with moving the following types of gifts:
- Permanent Storage
- Permanent Video Streaming
- Permanent Facial Recognition
- Lifetime Artisan Software license
- Historian Software license
If your gift is one of these products or services and has been accepted to the wrong account, please contact our Client Care support team with the following information:
- The order number the gift was purchased under
- The name of the item that was gifted
- The email address of the account that accidentally accepted the gift
- The email address of the account the gift should be assigned to
