How to send Artisan & Historian log files to Client Care

How to send Artisan & Historian log files to Client Care:

1. Open File Explorer
2. Browse to the appropriate location for your software program.
   • Artisan 6 – C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\Forever\Artisan 6
   • Historian 6 – C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\Forever\Historian 6
   • Please note the AppData folder is a hidden file, you may not see it right away. To find out how to unhide files, take a look at this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/view-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-97fbc472-c603-9d90-91d0-1166d1d9f4b5 
3. Right click on the folder called Logs
4. Select Send to Compressed Zipped File
5. Please attached that Compressed Zipped File to your email reply to Client Care
