The ability to lock a "photo" such as a QR code that is tied to a printed photo book or other location would give peace of mind it would never be deleted by accident.

I would also like to have connections be able to access tags.  My family members and I have made effort to use the same tags, for ease in copying photos with tags over from our albums to each other...
