Clickable links in Album Descriptions

Would be great to be able to hyperlink text in the Album Descriptions and have it open the link in a new tab. Here's an example of an album in my demo account to see what I mean, but this would be beneficial to all users. For instance, a user might want to provide a link to an obituary, ancestry page, or a personal website.
