Ability to Add Favorite when reviewing photos using Compare Tool

Currently if you are using the declutter tool and looking at all the photos to be decluttered you can right click on a photo and add it as a favorite. Once you open up a set of photos to look at closer to decide which one(s) you want to keep that option is no longer available. The compare tool automatically takes you to the view where you get a larger view and decide which ones to keep. I would like to have the ability when I am looking at one set of photos using either Declutter or Compare tools to mark a photo as a favorite.

This would be helpful in a number of cases. If I am still keeping more than one photo in case I need a different view, more than one photo for a page layout, or some other reason, I want to be able at that time to choose my favorite. It would help me when I come back to do some more clean up.

The other way I would use this function is when I'm comparing a larger number of photos (say many shots of a baseball player up to bat) I want to start to narrow it down by choosing my favorites from the myriad of photos and then deleting the ones that did not get marked as a favorite. Then I could come back and go through these photos again if I wanted to cull even more.

Even if I just kept one photo it would save time to be able to curate that photo and mark it as a favorite when I was right there on the photo and not need to close out and then mark it as a favorite.
