People - Facial Recognition Faces Available to Add

As I am going through my photos after FR, I am seeing a lot of photos that are showing "faces available to add". These only show up if you are in the lightbox for the photo. It would be really helpful if there was a way to filter any photos that show that there are "faces available to add."  Otherwise it is a very tedious process to go through picture by picture.

  Yes, I didn't realize this happened until I accidentally stumbled on it.

  Agreed, what causes them to be recognized, but not bubbled up by FR?  It's very time consuming to go photo by photo.

  Not sure if this should be on a separate request but it would be so helpful to be able to add a facial recognition face.  I don't know why sometimes a face does not show up onFR, but being able to add that person would be so wonderful!  Yes, I have looked at "faces available to add" and many times, it is not in there. Being able to click on a face and add FR would be so helpful rather than adding a tag to that one person.  Thank you,
