Be able to view if Client has permanent Video Streaming and/or Facial Recognition
Currently there is no way for a client to view if they have purchased permanent Video Streaming or Facial Recognition. I would like to see this added to our FOREVER account somewhere. One place might be in the lower right when you click on the storage percentage used to have it included in the pop up box that appears. Or maybe it could go under account settings. Or anywhere else that seems to work.
This is an investment that the client made to enhance their storage experience. They should be able to see that these features are now permanent or lifetime or whatever you want to call it. This is also important for future family members to know that these permanent features were added as part of their legacy by their loved one.
These are unique features that an account owner has invested in to enhance their storage and it should be displayed somewhere in their account.
I've had a few calls recently from clients and it took me a bit to find the Facial Recognition even in our Back Office. We need to empower clients to find this information on their own because some clients do not work with an ambassador.
